MeridianLink Acquired by Centerbridge Partners for $2.0 Billion in All-Cash Deal

MeridianLink, a leading provider of software platforms for financial institutions and consumer reporting agencies, has agreed to be acquired by Centerbridge Partners for $2.0 billion. The all-cash deal values MeridianLink at approximately $2.0 billion and represents a premium of 26% over its closing price before the announcement. MeridianLink shareholders will receive $20.00 per share, and the company will become a private entity.
