First Merchants Completes First Savings Financial Group Merger

First Merchants Corporation has completed the merger with First Savings Financial Group, Inc. through a stock transaction effective February 1, 2026. First Savings Bank will also merge with and into First Merchants Bank. The merger follows regulatory approvals in January 2026.
