Mercer International Acquires Celgar NBSK Pulp Mill for $210 Million.

Mercer International Inc. has agreed to acquire the Celgar NBSK pulp mill for $210 million. The Celgar mill is a modern producer of NBSK pulp with an annual production capacity of approximately 430,000 tonnes located at Castlegar, British Columbia, Canada. The purchase price excludes an amount for defined working capital on closing.
