New Mercedes-Benz C-Class EV Spied, Design Shift Underway

Mercedes-Benz is revamping its EQ electric vehicle lineup with a new platform, MMA, that supports both ICE and EV configurations. The new C-Class EV will have a cohesive design across both fossil fuel and battery-electric portfolios. The prototype photographed has a liftback instead of a traditional trunk and is expected to offer more sensible powertrains than high-end EVs. The new C-Class EV is expected to hit the market soon, with the imminent release of its CLA platform-mate.
