Medtronic appoints Groetelaars, Jellison to Board, forms growth and operating committees.

Groetelaars and Jellison bring extensive experience in the medical technology industry. The company plans to host an Investor Day in mid-calendar year 2026 to discuss the work of the Growth and Operating Committees, including Medtronic's go-forward strategic priorities and financial algorithm [1].
