MedStar Health's helicopter company, operated by Metro Aviation, changed its protocols after a Washington Post report revealed it had triggered collision warnings on airliners near Reagan National Airport. The NTSB investigation found that there were more than 100 cockpit warnings about nearby helicopters in the decade before the crash.
