Medpace Holdings, Inc. (MEDP) has disclosed that August J. Troendle, a director, 10% owner, and CEO, has executed two transactions involving the sale of company shares. On December 1, 2025, Troendle disposed of 23,178 shares at a price of $593.25 per share. Subsequently, on December 2, 2025, he sold an additional 5,698 shares at a price of $590.47 per share.
