MDU Resources Group has priced a public offering of 10,152,284 shares of common stock at $19.70 per share. Wells Fargo Securities, BofA Securities, and J.P. Morgan are acting as joint book-running managers and will sell the shares in the offering. The company has also granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to 1,522,842 additional shares. The offering is expected to close on December 9, 2025, subject to certain conditions.
