MDU Resources Group Enters Amendment to Note Purchase Agreement

MDU Resources Group, Inc. has entered Amendment No. 1 to the Note Purchase Agreement, which amends and restates the Note Purchase Agreement dated as of March 17, 2021, between the Company and the Purchasers. The amendment extends the maturity date of the notes from March 17, 2026 to March 17, 2027. The Company provides essential products and services through its regulated energy delivery businesses, including electric, natural gas distribution, pipeline, and other services.
