MDA Space Appoints Rob Singh as VP, Strategic Solutions

MDA Space has appointed Rabindra (Rob) Singh as Vice President, Strategic Solutions. With over 30 years of experience in the space industry, Singh will define strategic customer solutions and partner with corporate development on growth opportunities. Reporting to CEO Mike Greenley, Singh's role is newly created and will leverage MDA Space's global portfolio.

MDA Space (TSX: MDA), a key player in the rapidly expanding global space industry, has announced the appointment of Rabindra (Rob) Singh as Vice President, Strategic Solutions, effective immediately. Singh brings over three decades of experience in defining and delivering complex space solutions and service strategies, joining MDA Space at a critical juncture as the space market and the company continue to grow globally.

Singh's new role, reporting to CEO Mike Greenley, involves creating strategic customer solutions that leverage MDA Space's full global portfolio and collaborating with corporate development on strategic growth opportunities. His extensive background includes serving as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and co-founder of Axta Space, where he delivered leading-edge connectivity and optical communications systems for major aerospace primes and satellite operators. He also held senior positions at SpaceLink and Maxar Technologies, where he oversaw the implementation of end-to-end space communications systems and shaped disruptive business strategies.

Singh holds a Master of Applied Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and an Honours Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo. Additionally, he holds a Corporate Innovation Certificate from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
