Maui Land & Pineapple 2025 Loss Widens, Revenues Surge 68%

Maui Land & Pineapple reported a 68% increase in total operating revenues to $19.5 million for fiscal 2025, but net loss widened to $10.6 million due to pension-related expenses. Land development and sales revenues surged to $5.8 million, while leasing revenues rose to $12.8 million. The company's leasing segment accounted for two-thirds of total revenues, with commercial property occupancy rising to 92% from 86% in the prior year.
