Mark Leiter Appointed Vice Chairman of Honor Education to Drive Corporate Strategy and Development

Mark Leiter, a former Boeing Chief Digital Strategy Officer and Global Leader of Corporate Strategy, has been appointed Vice Chairman of Honor Education. Leiter will oversee corporate strategy, development, and communications, and help enhance leadership skills and capabilities amid rapid AI advancements. He brings extensive strategic experience from his previous roles at Boeing, Nielsen, McKinsey & Company, and Capgemini.

Mark Leiter, a distinguished strategist with a proven track record in corporate strategy and leadership development, has been appointed Vice Chairman of Honor Education. Leiter will report to CEO Joel Podolny and join the executive leadership team, overseeing corporate strategy, development, marketing, and communications. His primary focus will be to help corporate clients build the skills and capabilities needed to thrive in the rapidly evolving landscape of artificial intelligence and job market dynamics.

Leiter brings extensive strategic experience from his previous roles at Boeing, Nielsen, McKinsey & Company, and Capgemini. He most recently served as Chief Digital Strategy Officer and Global Leader, Corporate Strategy at Boeing (NYSE: BA). Prior to Boeing, he held multiple division President roles at Nielsen and practice leadership positions at McKinsey & Company and Capgemini. Leiter is also a Distinguished Strategy Fellow at The Conference Board and a Trustee of the Committee for Economic Development (CED).

In his new role, Leiter will leverage his expertise to equip leadership teams with the ability to upskill and reskill their employees in response to the accelerating pace of career changes and technological advancements.
