MarineMax Receives Unsolicited Acquisition Offer from The Donerail Group for $35.00 Per Share in Cash

MarineMax has received an unsolicited, non-binding indication of interest from The Donerail Group to acquire all of the company's outstanding common shares for $35.00 per share in cash. The MarineMax Board of Directors will review and evaluate the proposal and determine the course of action that is in the best interests of the company and its shareholders. There is no action for MarineMax shareholders to take at this time.
