Marimekko to Commence Share Repurchase

Marimekko Oyj will initiate its own share purchase program, buying up to 150,000 of its own shares, representing about 0.4% of the company's total shares. The shares will be acquired in the public trading of Nasdaq Helsinki at the market price at the time of purchase. The share purchase program will begin no earlier than September 15, 2026, and is expected to end by the end of November 2026. The company has 40,649,170 shares and 40,649,170 votes. Currently, Marimekko holds 85,900 of its own shares.
