Mapletree Logistics' India Acquisition May Not Impress Investors

Mapletree Logistics Trust's acquisition of a warehouse in Mumbai for 3.89 billion rupees may not excite investors, according to Citi analyst Brandon Lee. The deal could be around 0.2%-0.3% accretive to the trust's distribution per unit, but investors may not see it as a significant addition to the trust's portfolio.
