Magnum Ice Cream Appoints Full Board of Directors Ahead of Planned Listings

Magnum Ice Cream Company, a spinoff of Unilever, has appointed Stacey Cartwright as its vice chair and named its full board lineup. The board includes Rene Hooft Graafland, Melissa Bethell, Stefan Bomhard, Anja Mutsaers, Josh Frank, and Reginaldo Ecclissato. The company is preparing for its planned listings in Amsterdam, London, and New York in mid-November.
