MAC Cosmetics' head of brand, Aïda Moudachirou-Rébois, is leaving the company after a series of executive shifts at parent company Estée Lauder Cos. under CEO Stéphane de La Faverie. Moudachirou-Rébois assumed the role in 2024, and her departure follows the appointment of Nicola Formichetti as global creative director and Lisa Sequino as makeup brand cluster president. The makeup category at Estée Lauder Cos. declined by 1% in Q3, with MAC facing retail softness and a decline in face sales.
