Maase Inc. has acquired Times Good Limited, which controls Huazhi Future, a leading provider of computing power and algorithm solutions in China. This acquisition is a key step in MAAS's implementation of its dual-engine strategy, integrating Huazhi Group's computing power and algorithm capabilities to build a complete technology stack. MAAS aims to evolve from a "Scenario Operator" to an "AI Industry Ecosystem" provider, spanning computing foundation, intelligent algorithms, smart hardware, and full-scenario services.
