Lucid Motors Aims for $50,000 Price Range with Three New Midsize EVs

Lucid Motors plans to launch three new EVs priced around $50,000, targeting the "heart of the market". The midsize vehicles will be built on a shared platform, cutting costs and making it easier to scale. The first vehicle will be a midsize crossover SUV, followed by a more rugged version and possibly a midsize sedan. Lucid will initially build the platform in Saudi Arabia, starting in 2026 or 2027, and ramp up to full capacity in 2029.
