Lovesac Surpasses Expectations in Q4 CY2025, Stock Jumps 18.8%

Lovesac reported Q4 CY2025 revenue of $248 million, beating estimates by 2.7% YoY. GAAP profit was $2.19 per share, a 7.2% beat. However, Q1 CY2026 revenue guidance of $136 million fell short of estimates, and EPS and EBITDA guidance for FY2027 also missed estimates. Market capitalization stands at $165 million.
