Lotus Technology Appoints Jim Rowan to Board of Directors, Effective June 30, 2025.

Lotus Technology Inc. announced that Alexious Kuen Long Lee will resign from the board of directors on June 30, 2025. Jim Rowan will join the board on the same date. Rowan has over three decades of experience in the auto, consumer, and technology sectors, with previous roles including CEO of Volvo Cars and Dyson. He holds an MSc in Business with Supply Chain Management and Logistics from Northumbria University and has received honorary doctorates from Glasgow Caledonian University and Northumbria University.
