Lockheed Martin Wins $328.5M Air Force Contract for Sniper Hardware Production

Lockheed Martin was awarded a $328.5M contract by the Air Force for the production of Sniper, Infrared Search and Track, and Low Altitude Navigation and Targeting Infrared for Night fixed wing hardware. The contract involves the procurement and delivery of 55 Infrared Search and Track Legion Enhanced Sensor pods and related equipment to meet the urgent operational need of the Taiwan Air Force. Work will be performed in Orlando, Florida, and is expected to be completed by June 30, 2031.
