Linqto Announces Trustee and Manager Selection for Liquidating Trust and Closed-End Fund

Linqto has selected Forge Global as the Liquidating Trustee and VanEck as the manager of the Closed-End Fund for customer recoveries. The selections were made by the Unsecured Creditors Committee and Linqto's Chief Restructuring Officer. Voting on the plan and options is open through January 26, 2026, with a plan confirmation hearing set for February 2, 2026. Linqto customers can choose to allocate their claim to the Closed-End Fund, the Liquidating Trust, or a combination of both.
