Linkers Industries Closes Transaction with LPW Electronics, Expanding Footprint in Thailand

Linkers Industries Limited has closed a transaction with LPW Electronics Co., Ltd., acquiring 104,000 shares or 20% of LPW's outstanding shares for THB 26,000,000. LPW is a Thai manufacturer of wire harnesses with a production facility in Pathum Thani, Thailand. The acquisition will help enlarge Linkers' customer base and expand its footprint in Thailand.
