Limbach appoints new independent director with HVAC and building systems expertise.

Limbach Holdings has appointed Terry Dugan to its Board of Directors, effective January 1, 2026. Dugan brings four decades of experience in the HVAC and building systems solutions industry, including a background as a senior executive at Trane. He will serve as a director and on the Compensation Committee.
