LifeMD CFO Marc Benathen Resigns, Atul Kavthekar Named New CFO

LifeMD CFO Marc Benathen is resigning to pursue a new opportunity. Atul Kavthekar, a seasoned financial executive, will replace him. Kavthekar has nearly three decades of leadership experience. Benathen will remain until March 31 for a smooth transition. Chris Pisano has been appointed as the new Chief Marketing Officer. LFMD shares are trading up 7.27% on the Nasdaq.
