Leggett & Platt shares rose 13.4% to $11.64 after receiving a proposal from Somnigroup International to acquire all shares in an all-stock transaction. Other big stocks recording gains include Coincheck Group, GDEV Inc, New Found Gold Corp, New Fortress Energy, Bausch Health Companies, Jyong Biotech, T1 Energy, Meihua International Medical Tech, Bath & Body Works, Wolfspeed, Community Health Systems, and Chagee Holdings.
