Land & Buildings opposes re-election of two First Industrial board members

Land & Buildings, an activist investor led by Jonathan Litt, plans to vote against two long-standing directors, including chairman, at First Industrial Realty Trust's 2026 annual general meeting. The decision comes after Land & Buildings failed to reach a settlement with the company on its demands to spin off a significant portion of First Industrial's assets.
