LACROIX, a listed, family-owned midcap with a €761 million revenue in 2023, has been focusing on its Electronics and Environment activities to become a global leader in industrial IoT solutions and electronic equipment for critical applications. The sale of the City-Mobility segment, which represented 3.6% of LACROIX's revenue in 2023, allows the company to refocus on its core competencies and high-potential activities.

The City-Mobility segment, which includes the Traffic and V2X business units, has a strong presence in France and Spain, with a significant installed base and local integrators. This acquisition will enable SWARCO to strengthen its market presence in these regions and extend its range of products and solutions.
