La Rosa Holdings Acquires Land for Up to 10,000 Sq. Ft. Tier III AI Data Center in Central Florida

La Rosa Holdings Corp. has signed a contract to acquire a development site for a 10,000 sq. ft. Tier III AI data center in Central Florida's fastest-growing region. The facility will support up to 1,500 kW of IT load and be designed for high availability, redundancy, and operational reliability. The project aims to strike a balance between scale and flexibility, serving enterprise, cloud, and AI-driven workloads. Sustainability is a core component of the project, with energy-efficient systems and environmentally responsible design practices. The acquisition is expected to close on June 15, 2026.
