Kimberly-Clark Corp. is set to acquire consumer health company Kenvue for $48.7 billion, expanding its personal care product portfolio to include Tylenol, Listerine, and other major household brands. The deal aims to create a global health and wellness giant with a combined net revenue of $32 billion. Kimberly-Clark CEO Michael Hsu believes the merger is a "generational value creation opportunity" and expects the deal to close in the second half of 2026.
