Keras Resources Buys Cornerstone Mining, Tribal Group Sold to Main Capital, Goldplat Announces Special Dividend

Keras Resources (LON: KRS) shares rebounded 28.6% to 1.8p after publication of its 2025 annual report, which included a $2.8m impairment charge. The company is buying 51% of Cornerstone Mining for up to $1.18m in cash and shares. It is selling the Diamond Creek phosphate mine for £1.66m, including the cancellation of convertible debt. Tribal Group (LON: TRB) is selling its businesses to software investor Main Capital Partners for £189.3m in cash, with £4.9m used for company share plans. Harvest Minerals (LON: HMI) has entered into a technical scientific cooperation agreement with the Brazilian Geological Survey to research potential minerals. Goldplat (LON: GDP) announced a special dividend of 0.87319p/share, costing £1.5m. Pantheon Resources (LON: PANR) says the farmout process is making progress, with ten counterparties in discussions.
