Kelun Pharma interim div/shr 12.6 RMB cents

In a significant development, Ramco Cements Limited (RAMCOCEM) has appointed M/s. Sriram Krishnamurthy & Co. as Secretarial Auditors for the next five financial years, commencing from 2025-2026 to 2029-2030. The board meeting held on August 13, 2025, also approved a dividend of ₹2 per share for the year ended March 31, 2025.

The Secretarial Auditors will receive a remuneration of ₹6,50,000/- for the financial year 2025-2026, while the cost auditors, M/s.Geeyes & Co., will receive ₹7,00,000/- for the same period. The board also reappointed Shri.R. Dinesh as a Director and approved the company's audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2025.

The dividend declared is payable to shareholders as of August 6, 2025. The meeting was attended by several key directors and other stakeholders, including Shri.K.Selvanayagam, Shri.A.V.Dharmakrishnan, Shri.S.Vaithiyanathan, Shri.K.Srinivasan, Shri.V.Rajeswaran, and Ms.Madura Ganesh.
