Scott Ford's tenure on the board has been marked by 13 years of distinguished service. His retirement will create a new dynamic on the board, with Grier's fresh perspective and experience in corporate governance and finance.
Grier currently serves on the boards of Booking Holdings, Inc., CDW Corporation, and Illinois Tool Works, Inc., among others. She previously served as the governing board chair for the Center for Audit Quality. Grier holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Saint Mary's College.
