Kaspi.kz Updates on Rabobank Acquisition and Q3 2025 Results

Joint Stock Company Kaspi.kz (NASDAQ:KSPI) reported Q3 2025 revenue of ₸ 797 billion ($1.56 billion), a 20% YoY increase, and net income of ₸ 307 billion ($614.6 million), up 12% YoY. The company expects to close its acquisition of Rabobank A.Ş. in mid-2026, subject to regulatory approvals. Despite supply shortages impacting GMV and revenue growth, the share price has risen by around 5% since the release.
