Kairos Pharma has won the 2025 Clinical Trials Arena Research and Development Excellence Award for Advanced Prostate Cancer for its work on ENV-105, a CD105-targeting monoclonal antibody designed to restore tumor sensitivity to hormone-based treatments in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer. The company earned this recognition for its positive interim safety and efficacy results in a Phase 2 clinical trial of ENV-105 in combination with apalutamide.
