Jyske Realkredit Issues New Bonds on NASDAQ Copenhagen

Jyske Realkredit is issuing new covered bonds with a total of DKK 1.5 billion. The bonds are denominated in Danish kroner and have a conversion option. The 4% 111.E 2049 bond has a 20-year term with amortization, while the 5% 111.E 2059 bond and the 5% 411.E.OA 2059 bond have a 30-year term with amortization. The 5% 411.E.OA30 2059 bond has a 30-year term with up to 30 years of interest-free period. The bonds will be listed on NASDAQ Copenhagen A/S and will be registered with VP SECURITIES A/S. The final terms will be announced in a separate listing prospectus.
