Jefferson Capital Acquires Bluestem Credit Card Portfolio for $196.7M

Jefferson Capital has completed the acquisition of a credit card portfolio from Bluestem Brands affiliates for $196.7 million. The estimated remaining collections associated with the portfolio are $311.4 million. Jefferson Capital is a leading purchaser and manager of charged-off, insolvency, and active consumer accounts with operations in the US, Canada, the UK, and Latin America.
