Jason Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and former Chief Business Operations Officer Anthony Tyree have reached a separation agreement. Tyree's position has been eliminated, and the parties have agreed on a severance arrangement and the resolution of any disputes. The agreement is made between Jason Pharmaceuticals, its affiliates, and Tyree.
