Japanese firms continue to acquire US homebuilders, with Daiwa House's Trumark Homes purchasing Seattle-based JK Monarch. This marks the fourth deal in five weeks, following Sumitomo Forestry's acquisition of Tri Pointe Homes, Stanley Martin Homes' purchase of United Homes Group, and Iida Group Holdings' acquisition of Wright Homes.
