Iveda Announces $2M Public Offering at $0.35 Per Share

Iveda has announced the pricing of a $2 million public offering, selling 5.7 million shares of common stock and 11.4 million warrants to purchase common stock at $0.35 per share. The warrants will have an exercise price of $0.35 and expire in two years. The offering is expected to close on February 11, 2026, subject to customary conditions. H.C. Wainwright & Co. is acting as the exclusive placement agent.
