Itron Surpasses Q3 Revenue Expectations, Raises Full-Year EPS Guidance

Itron (NASDAQ:ITRI) reported Q3 CY2025 results beating market revenue expectations with $581.6 million, a 5.5% year-on-year decline. Non-GAAP profit of $1.54 per share was 4.3% above analysts' consensus estimates. The company raised its full-year adjusted EPS guidance to $6.89 at the midpoint, a 13% increase.
