IonQ Raises $2 Billion from Susquehanna Affiliate, Expands Quantum Computing Operations

The deal includes 21.5 million shares and pre-funded warrants priced at $93 each, a 20% premium to Thursday's close. The company's market value is nearly $24 billion, and shares have rallied 80% this year amid growing interest in new technologies.
