Ioneer Secures $50M Capital Raise, Shares Plummet 19.3%

Ioneer (IONR) shares fell 19.3% after announcing a $50M capital raise through a single-tranche placement. The company plans to issue 400M new shares at A$0.18/share (~US$0.13/share) to advance the Rhyolite Ridge lithium and boron project in Nevada. Funds will be used to progress construction preparations and engage with potential strategic partners.
