INVO Fertility raises $4 million in private placement, sells 2.4M shares.

INVO Fertility has entered into a securities purchase agreement with an institutional investor to buy 2.37 million shares of common stock and warrants to purchase up to 4.73 million shares. The offering is priced at $1.69 per share and is expected to raise approximately $4.0 million. The warrants will be exercisable upon shareholder approval and expire in five years.
