Investindustrial Acquires TreeHouse Foods for $2.9 billion, $22.50 per share.

Investindustrial has completed its acquisition of TreeHouse Foods in an all-cash transaction for a total Enterprise Value of $2.9 billion. TreeHouse Foods shareholders will receive $22.50 per share in cash and one contingent value right per share. The acquisition was completed after the merger of Industrial F&B Investments III, Inc. with TreeHouse Foods.
