Intapp DealCloud Selected by Private Equity Firm Infinedi Partners for Enhanced Deal Management

Intapp, a software company, has announced that private equity firm Infinedi Partners will use its DealCloud platform to manage pipeline, relationships, and business development activities. The platform's AI capabilities will help Infinedi efficiently manage deal flow, fundraising, and relationships in one centralized platform. In Q4 2025, Intapp's total revenue rose 18% YoY to $135.0 million, with SaaS revenue increasing 27% YoY to $90.2 million. For FY 2026, the company expects SaaS revenue of between $411.4 million and $415.4 million.
