Inspirato Acquisition Complete: Exclusive Collective Buys Luxury Travel Company for $59M

The Exclusive Collective has acquired Inspirato for $59 million, valuing the latter at an equity value of approximately $59 million. Inspirato's largest shareholder, Payam Zamani, voted in favor of the transaction, and James Henderson, CEO of The Exclusive Collective, has assumed the role of Interim CEO of Inspirato. The acquisition is expected to generate over $500 million in revenue and approximately $70 million in EBITDA in 2026.
