Ltd. has entered into a non-binding term sheet for a two-part transaction involving the acquisition of an advanced liquid biopsy diagnostics business and a $15 million strategic equity investment. The transaction is subject to shareholder approval and customary closing conditions. The deal aims to position the company for high-growth in the diagnostics market.
