INOVIO Pharmaceuticals Announces Pricing of $24.9M Public Offering

INOVIO Pharmaceuticals has priced a public offering of 13.2 million shares of common stock at $1.90 per share. The shares are being sold by the company, and the offering is expected to close on November 12, 2025.
